I wanna record a video, how do I hide ESP and Nametags?

The title pretty much says it all, I'm wondering how I can keep visual hacks while recording a video and make sure they are hidden, is it even possible?
I'm open to using any recording software.

If you use vape lite, you can check "overlay mode" and it will be hidden.
It don't work on fullscreen.

For the name tags use the Overlay mode. For the ESP use 2D External.
