ping 9-20 ms - so i can fb jump (be more legit)
It is 100 - (your Velocity) and then add that value to the default 100% horizontal kite value. Don't touch vertical kite
E.g. you are using 90% horizontal Velocity, your horizontal kite value would be 110%
