I have a problem with autoclicker

I am using ac 11-13 cps and blockhut manual
But when I'm blockhiting my left click cps is 11-13 and my right click reaches 20 cps.
Does anyone know the problem (and yes i turned off right clicker and still the same issue)

It doesn't click 20cps, it's just a visual bug.
