Hypixel Timer and Velocity Settings

I need velocity and timer settings as blatant as possible without getting watchdog or staff banned.

Also, can i use keepsprint and invwalk without getting watchdog/staff ban?

i use 1.4 timer keep sprint and 97% kb if you are already good at the game
