The legit scaffold isn't detectable.
anytime I use like 70-130 I always end up skipping a block every 4-8 blocks that I place like not crouching for that block, (which is kinda blatant imo) do staff ban for that?
That's weird. I use 50-70 now when I don't feel like bridging and don't skip any blocks, I do use rightclicker on a lower cps though so if you use fastplace that might be why.
I can speed bridge really fast legit (not as consistent which is why I sometimes use legit scaffold, lol) and that completely legit speed bridging also looks very weird in replay including "skipping" some blocks.
That's kind of unrelated though as rofl only said it isn't detectable, which is true.

As far as I know staff won't ban for any scaffold delay. You'll only get banned if you mess up scaffold (for example double shifting when diagonal bridging, maybe also when using speed potion while bridging).
