Hypixel Bedwars/Hypixel Pit PVP Settings?

What are some settings you guys recommend for bed wars and pit pvp? I get around 20ms or so. A bit new to this cheat so was wondering some good settings, especially the % for anti kb.

just my opinion but i'm pretty sure 0.4 hitboxes is pretty blatant
