How up to date your IP / Account locked

Hi im new member of vape
I have big issue with vape.Whether this has ever happened to anyone, when i launch vape i'm typing exactly the email and password and it says that my account is locked.
Can this be fixed anyway?

Then be patient, Manthe has allot of support tickets to reply too and taking into account the amount of support tickets he gets, he replies really fast.

The Michael ledoux guy is responding to all the tickets and he's lazy as fuck. He barely reads half of your support tickets and conveniently ignores the ones he has trouble with. He's on that real nigga hours timezone so his responses take awhile
