If you mean on the website, go to https://www.vape.gg/my-account/, run the program that gives you your HWID, and paste it in.
If you mean to change your actual HWID, you really can’t unless you use money to replace PC parts or find a HWID spoofer that works

If you mean be able to switch vape between computers without waiting 12 hours, then the only way is to email support and they will reset it but by the time they do that the 12 hours would have most likely past so really the only way to do it is just wait.
