you'll have to find residential proxies, not datacenter ones. every single vpn provider i've tried goes through datacenters.
residentials are much, much more expensive so you might have to consider whether or not hacking on that server is worth it at all lol. i personally get mine from yourprivateproxy for $10 each per month. then you can install this mod: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/proxy-server to run your minecraft connection through the residential proxy.
