How good is AAC anti cheat?

This server I play on has AAC anti cheat. I have been ss'ed multiple times for setting off alerts even though the reach was set relatively low. So what is a good reach setting to bypass AAC?

What do you mean it depends on the ping? How does ping determine when the alerts are set off? So does this mean I should set the reach to like a low 3.4?

No don't use 3.4 lol. 3.3 Max, and even then you could get banned if you have low ping. If you have higher ping, you can generally use higher settings.
