how can i set my settings with numbers

3:10 3:20 3:30
but i saw some setatings who for was 3:07 3:16

You can use your arrow keys, a combination of your arrow keys and the ctrl, shift, or alt button, or you can double click the slider values (I believe -- we might have taken that one out).
