hold key to use

is there a way that fast place only work for one button? (dosnt do anything to my right click but place blocks when i hold another key) or only work when im holding the toggle key

Don't think so , u could try toggling it when u want to use it. Why do u even want it to work for only one button? You can choose to use it for everything or only blocks. What item do u need to use?
