Hide original nametag on v4

When you use nametags on v4 It creates a bigger nametag above the original which can make it hard to read the nametag when close to the player (kinda hard to put into words)

on lunar client there is a feature in nametags mod where you can bind nametags to turn them off, set this to the same key you use to toggle nametags and it will switch between them
