I found some really good settings for players with high ping that want to play on lunar and not get banned:
Autoclicker: 4-6 CPS (extra randomization, inventory fill, Hold to click)
Aimassist: Horizontal 40, Vertical 40, (Distance: 5.5, Max angle: 90, with click aim enabled)
Reach: 3.15-3.25 (Do not use misplace or anything, just default 3.15-3.25 range)
Velocity: Do not risk using this as it can send easy flags to the staff, but if you want only use 90% on the horizontal and 100% on the vertical with 90% chance and 1 tick delay.
With the autoclicker, just make sure to click normally and you will get 11-13 cps since most people click an average of 6 cps and with the autoclicker settings you get an extra 6 cps so you get around 12 cps. It's a really smart way to use the autoclicker because it's almost like clicking normally and you don't have to hold the mouse button down, so in essence it adds an extra layer of randomization. You also get the same benefits as if the autoclicker was set to 8-13 cps.
