Ah, I see. The easiest way to do this is to just ask your friend to make an account on our site (our client side - www.vape.gg/, not our forums site) and ask them for their email address they signed up with. Then, using your PayPal email address, send us a contact request at www.vape.gg/contact telling us you want to pay for your friend's account. Give us the email he signed up with, and we'll give you instructions as to where to send your money to pay for his account.
You don’t need to contact us, you can just login to someone’s account and buy it for them. You can buy gift codes for v3, we will likely add an option to buy them for lite as well but right now that’s not yet an option.

Oops. Or that. Just make sure that you change your password after you let your friend onto your account, and make sure to tell them not to try to update your IP or your HWID or anything like that, otherwise you might have issues getting into your account once they've paid for it for you.
Accounts are only ever locked for a few reasons. First of all, you can get your account locked if you dispute a payment against us. Secondly, your account will get locked if our automated systems detect suspicious or abnormal activity on your account. Thirdly, your account will get locked if we manually lock your account after investigating your account activity.
If your account's locked, send us a contact request at www.vape.gg/contact/. Make sure to include your Vape Account email in the message. We'll help you get your account unlocked there, we can't help you over the forums.
