Get Better Hitreg? NOT HYPIXEL (105MS)

How do I get better Hitreg (I ALREADY HAVE HITDELAYFIX AND I DON'T USE LUNAR)? (I can use velocity in almost any value) I've saw meowmeow's posts saying that 10 cps is better for hitreg, is this true?

Perhaps on a server with no lag and with 0 ping but idk about something like Hypixel. Probably just use 12-16 cps which is what most people use on Hypixel if they want the best hitreg.

Edited it, the server I play on doesn't have any autoclick checks, so I can hit almost any CPS with an external autoclick (Even AHK), any advice?

Well if they don't block high cps just use 20 or more, doesn't matter.
