How safe is fastplace and what delay should i use?

Anticheat safe but you never know from staff.
Most people use 1 delay, if you want to look more legit I suggest using rightclicker instead.

Don't use 0 it looks very weird and issue with blocks disappearing would only be worse, use 1.

Yeah I don't think spamming blocks is enough proof to get you banned but it might make staff look further into your account if they see suspicious stuff.

you can use any
