Same question. If it helps you tho, I used from 60 to 200 (fakelag repel) on 2 alt accounts and none of then were banned. (Played for pretty long time on both so they SHOULD be banned if my settings were unsafe). However, try a lower amount to be sure. On Merryz’s "safe" config fakelag is set on 60ms.

on hypixel I used like 80-120 I think, I get 140 ping, worked fine for me but just tweak the settings a bit for yourself (repel mode)
