External Autoclicker

I only really play skyblock these days, and my v4 gets buggy as fuck with some of my skyblock mods. Does anyone have a decent external autoclicker they could recommend? I emailed support to ask about the autoclicker vape used to offer with a vape lite sub but they said it wasn't available anymore
