What would be the equivalent value for a horizontal velocity of 75-77%?
I'm guessing that'd be 60-65% chance?

I'm trying to find what is the right chance(in percentage) for a horizontal velocity of 75-77%.

88% of 93 is 81.84.
The median of 75-77% is 76.

So 81% of 76 is exactly 61.56% as the chance.
