Unless you can fly no can't think of anything, you could try using freecam if you can't figure out where to go but you're better off just playing it as intended.

You could maybe use Parkour so that when you hop into it, you have some extra momentum.

It does. There are also some blinkless nofalls now in other clients that make you take damage, so the AntiCheat mode MIGHT work again but I wouldn't count on it.
