does the manual blockhit setting in AC get flagged on hypixel

I’ve been using manual blockhit on hypixel for a while now but it’s been getting banned more lately. I just recently bought an alt and it got banned for manual blockhit within the first 10 minutes of playing.

It's not possible to detect the blockhit option, as it just does something that you can do legit.
