For the most part, in my experience, it is completely safe to use. You can still get staff banned but on a larger server like Hypixel, I doubt that would happen. Just be careful and use at your own risk.

you wont get staff banned as long as its not like 0 delay, i use 40-90 delay with legit scaffold and it looks really legit, while also being really fast.
