Does Ghast io do anything or just a scam?

Hi, I got ghast.io a few years ago for free beacuse a friend said it works & he got it me, used it a few times then uninstalled it but I was wonder if it actually does anything?

I notice a difference when using Ghast especially with a high setting, they also offer a 7 day refund if you don't like their product.
