Does anyone have/know how to fix vape v4 deleting itself after downloading it?

Every time i try to download vape it deletes itself a little bit after, I have de-installed ALL anti-virus and de-installed everything that might have been an anti-virus yet it still happens. Can anyone help?

it says "your virus and threat protection is managed by your organization" when i try to go to the real-time settings. Idk what this means and i have no clue about any organization so yeahh.
