Yes, I'm not linked to any of the devs but of course you can, in fact by doing that you're making the process of its final releases to be soon and get the the product off beta-state.
Try to be detailed on your bug report. (which version you're using, record if possible, etc..)

Yeah, what this guy said is right - you can just post your bug reports directly via the contact form.
