Can't move text GUI. [EDITED][TEXT GUI WONT MOVE?]

I can't move it, I've tried the following, Making MC smaller, Different Vers-, Different GUI Scales and Resetting my Vape. It doesn't move when i reset everything.
Could anyone help me?
The Problem is THE TEXT GUI, it is TOP LEFT and it won't move from up their so I can't even Disable it.
