I bought vape lite (lifetime) with an Amazon gift card, (1 $50US) but haven’t recieved a response or vape lite in about 19 hours so far. Can I get this resolved?

Since I can't find the option for creating a new thread, I bought vape lite and whenever I inject it stays at 7/11 and I get a message "unhandled packet 201"
