a. No one's gonna boost you to masters for 20$- since masters accounts go for a ton
b. You'd probably get boosting banned (last season was weird, but normally, with LadyBelu watching games, RLB's pretty legitamate; infact there's even a lot of falsebans.)
c. The amount of time to grind to ~2.5k to q with you won't be worth it. If you're boosting at high elo, you're not boosting with a hopper, but rather a semi-blatant cheater (using 3.3-3.5ish; blatant for ranked), if you don't wanna get banned.
