Best settings for Hypixel? [Mega Walls, SkyWars, Walls, etc.]

I need some good settings for hypixel
I know their AntiCheat isn't the best, and the staff aren't amazing at catching hackers.
I was wondering what settings would work well to give me a good advantage, without looking TOO fishy, bypassing Watchdog, and a mod wouldn't catch me if possible...
[Note: Some games are TEAM games, so AimAssist might be annoying fighting against 5+ players]

Hitboxes: 0.15
Reach:3.2-3.4

Would I be able to use some kind of aimassist too?

Usually:
Range: 3.5
4 for both speeds, no invisibles.
24 for angles.
