Depends on gamemode. The previously posted link is decent if you're not super well-known. In addition to this, game mode really does matter. While I wouldn't ever reach higher than 3.4; normally use 3.0-3.1ish on my main, I would toggle mock-autoblock in UHC.

Those settings would b fine, but, i'd reccomend using ~3.1-3.3ish(Due to your ping), AC, and AA. Maybe toggle on 90% horizontal (wouldn't go lower due to ping).
