Its fine on hypixel and it should be fine on practice servers too but since I don't play on any I can't confirm that.

On Hypixel, any auto-clicker settings are undetectable. I use 16 - 20 on Hypixel and 10 - 15 on MMC. If you want better hit registration, you should really turn on FixMouseDelay and NoClickDelay in the mods section.
