Just inject. But there are some bugs with nametags and xray (game crashes while xray is on). If you don't mind, use Lunar, otherwise i would recommend to use Badlion instead.

You don't need to redownload every time to inject into lunar client, all you need is to launch lunar client 1.8.9 then launch vape v4.
