Autoclicker phasing in and out

So, I don't know where else to post this. When I use a glorious model o auto clicker, no matter the cps the sword stops swinging every 3/4s of a second or so and comes back in. This doesn't happen when I click normally. It also barely ever hits people. Any fixes?
