Right now its more likely rise which are all the cheaters since its 20$ and novo is 25$ also rise has better playtime and way better bypasses. I've had 2h playtime on hypixel with an 24 bps speed.

novoline.wtf is good when it updates but past that it starts to silent flag staff a bit and instead becomes decent but can be good when staff aren't online also the devs make a lot of false promises "update in a week guys i promise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
rise is good right now but sometimes the devs will literally just vanish off the face of the earth
intent novoline is straight up a meme right now and not a good one
