This suggestion is for Vape V4 AntiBot module, not following format sorry for that.
I posted a suggestion for antibot before (https://forums.vape.gg/index.php?threads/generic-normal-antibot-mode.44921/) but I didn't really go into detail or anything so I thought i'd do that instead. Not sure if its planned to update antibot or not but if it isn't then I hope this can give some incentive to do so because its kind of needed.
The current AntiBot (previously named Advanced) works well on some servers, and not at all on others. It isn't a "one size fits all" situation so I thought i'd suggest two more modes;
[The point (incase someone asks): Not attacking bots is important when using modules that aim/attack for you. For visuals it is also a huge QOL feature not to have every bot render.]
- Advanced: (this is the current antibot, assuming it is mostly made to work on Hypixel since it is similar to the one in V3 named Hypixel). No changes needed, it works well where it works.
- Tab/Normal: A tab antibot, it would exclude players that don't have their name shown in tab. It should have an option to set a time for how long a player has to show up in tab for them to not be flagged as a bot, since bots usually briefly show up in tab and then disappear in a second or so.
- Manual: This would be a mode with options to manually set how you want antibot to exclude players. Some things I can think of that would be useful:
Movement - Exclude players that never moved (not including looking around) and potentially a time setting for this where if a player hasn't moved for X amount of time they'll be flagged as a bot.
Air - Exclude players that are always in the air since this is normally impossible for players in most gamemodes on most servers.
Invisible - Exclude players that are ALWAYS invisible (current antibot might do this idk).
Duplicate - Exclude players if there are more than 1 with the same name (some servers have item shops etc in every base with the same id/name, in bedwars for example).
