Allow AutoHeal to use golden apples

Suggestion Description: Allow AutoHeal to use golden apples, right now AutoHeal can only heal with items that instantly get used up.

this could easily fuck you up like if you are in a uhc and the opponent is 1 tap but you eat gapple and he runs

Then it seems kind of useless.

Definitely not as useful but it does have a few uses and considering golden apples are a healing item I think autoheal should support it if someone decides they want to use it for golden apples.

True but there could be a combat check which already exists in certain modules or just a cooldown if you switch slot while its eating.
