Add an enemy option (Vape v4)

Add an option that would target a certain player in priority (in range) and wouldn't stop focusing on them until they die.
Could be usefull in 2v1s.

Was in earlier versions of Vape but got removed. Hopefully it'll get added back soon.

I don't know, I didn't own vape back then.
I've heard it from trusted people here like incognitodoge (I think it was him).
It was an old option though.
