Add a "Is Shifting" Option to Nametag

Suggestion Description: Add a "Is Shifting" option to the nametag. If this option is checked, the nametag shows a mark on the side of it so that we know this player is shifting. The purpose of this option is for you to actively monitor if your enemy is shifting and decide upon that information if you want to expose yourself using nametag.

When someone's shifting the nametag will be a bit red if I recall correctly, in either case you can already see if someones shifting or not.
