Hello, I am new to these things and I need help please, I have been saving money to buy the vape v3 because my little brother is always banned, and I bought and taught him how to use it, when he entered the server where he was ban of ip, used a vpn and suddenly the account was blocked, we did not know that would happen, we are very sorry, I already sent you an email with this same address that I put in this forum account, please help us. :/

Go to the “My Account” tab (https://www.vape.gg/my-account/) after logging in on vape.gg (https://vape.gg/login).
Update your IP without your VPN on. Also, update your HWID if needed (download the file, run it, copy it and paste it into where it says to).

hi, i dont find where i can change my ip or hwid, i dont see any options in “my account” thanks

You and your brother can’t use the account on 2pcs together, that is not allowed.
