Good evening, my account has been blocked for some time because I asked the support to change my account email address, following that my account A was blocked because you thought I was flying sell my account while not. I would like to have my account unlocked without changing my email.
I have contact the support a dozen times and without answer
If an admin or moderator see this message contact me to know my pseudonym and email address.

If we aren't responding to you via email, there's a reason. All decisions we make on account locks are final, I only start ignore a customer's emails if I have already confirmed 100% that they broke our TOS. If you want to use Vape again just purchase a new account.
