Hello, (sorry for bad english) today about 2-3 hours ago my account got locked, once i'm thinked my account hacked, then searched "Vape v4 account locked" on google then i'm understand that my account blocked for some reasons. Once i'm contacted support with my other account then i saw i can contact support with my main account too (which is bought vape v4) and again contacted support. Btw i think my account blocked for my ip cuz im updated ip on my profile then logged in hypixel and my non account got sec ban then reset my wifi modem and again joined account but this time my account got ban for cheating lol cuz im used blatant settings lol, then reset wifi modem again, then joined main played 15-20 minute and left from game, after 10-15 minute im tried to join vape v4 but it says account locked. Btw im created ticket 2 time, it will be a problem? Can any moderators or admins answer me? Thank you all.
