I know i need to contact the email, but i already do it, my problem is that i live in Mexico but also i study in USA and i bought vape 3.27 in Mexico with a Mexican IP obviously, now i came to US and it appears blocked, i just bought it yesterday, i don’t know if i can hace my money back or someone can unblock my account (i play on a Laptop)

*i didn’t share this to nobodoy, i was reading here in the forum persons that have the same issue of “blocked account” because pf sharing, but in my case no
