About Payment for Vape V2/V3

I have been thinking of buying vape and am ready to buy it but I have a question that : Is it necessary to have PayPal or Can I only pay with a debit/credit card? And If I can pay with a debit/credit card In what form would Vape be given to me?

The form vape would be given to you is VIA the account you sign up with when unpurchased you don’t have access to download vape however once purchased the download page will be unlocked and you will have to download vape from this page. Vape also has HWID and IP address authentication so you will need to update those before you are able to run vape.
