Hey! Ive been getting this error message every time I try to launch V4 and I have no clue why. Whenever I try to open up the downloaded folder, my computer pops up with a message saying, "a device attached to the system is not functioning." If anyone knows why this is happening or how to fix it, I would appreciate it a ton!
