I with 400/500 fps I fall to 0 and I go back to normal this freaks out fucking how to solve this shit?

Usually caused when you modify your JVM arguments to add RAM, and incorrectly leave out the default Minecraft arguments.

Solution:

• Uncheck your JVM arguments.
