Why have blatant modules been completely abandoned?

It's been a few months now since speed, noslowdown, and auto block killaura started getting you banned on hypixel, is this ever going to get fixed? Vape is basically useless as a blatant client right now, kinda sad considering how many people I recommended this client to in the past for bhopping.
