Safe Settings For Hypixel Main

I'm looking for safe settings on Hypixel to use on my main which I've played on for 5 years legit. I get an average of 20-30 ping which I'm not sure if that's too low I mostly play duels/bedwars/skywars.

velocity: 90h 100v 100c

Some people long-term with much higher settings and haven't been banned lol

reach:3.0 - 6.0 only while sprinting
aim assist: 100 speed fov as angle 3.5 range

these are completely undetected
