Possible bug?!!?!?

When i use the vape v4 client, all the npcs disappear (not always), and when i go out of the render distance and come back they (sometimes) come back or sometimes don't. I really dont understand the issue, i tried reinstalling both miencraft and vape but still the same issue. Always happens in bedwars, or other minigames lobbies. Thank you if you reply

Never had it enabled in the first place, i tried every single setting within vape v4, the same issue still exists.
