Need better settings(Feels like settings dont do much)80-100MS

I use block hit 100-100 manual
Hit-select 80% kb reduction
Sometimes auto clicker 17-20(Should I even use this if I click 18-20?)
Ye basically need more closet PVP settings for hypixel maybe even some toggle settings Because it doesn't do much against other cheaters.
What am I missing? I'm mainly looking for something to make me take less knockback and is safe on hypixel. I've tried jump reset Velo default settings and it doesnt help.
